Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC is seeking an experienced SMT Programmer to create, update, and maintain SMT programs for solder paste printing and reflow ovens. You will ensure programs comply with MPI and PPI instructions and continuously improve SMT efficiency. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 5+ years in SMT programming, with strong reading of BOMs, drawings, Gerber files, and coordinates.

English required; Mandarin is a plus. Pay rate is $37–$39/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must read and understand Customer BOM, Assembly drawings, Gerber files, Components IDs and XYZ coordinates.
• Experience programming in SMT equipment and reflow processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced SMT processes and methodologies.
• Perform analyses for SMT failures and improvements.
• Read and follow work instructions, standards and procedures.
• Maintain high quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Ensure SMT programs are up to date per MPI and PPI.
