Job summary

Protouch Staffing seeks an experienced SMT Supervisor to lead and mentor operators and technicians on the production floor. You will oversee setup, programming, and daily SMT line operations while maintaining quality and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with production planners to execute plans, prioritize tasks, and meet delivery schedules.
