Job summary

Corporate Office Northbrook is seeking an SMT Operator to join our Northbrook, IL manufacturing team. You will set up, operate and monitor production machinery on the assembly line, ensuring quality and safety standards.

Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with training provided. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn, focused on quality, and able to stand for long periods in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn production machinery.
• Strong listening skills to receive and follow the instructions.
• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and equipment according to instructions.
• Working on the production line and inspecting finished goods for quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ideal candidates are motivated to learn, focused on quality, and organized in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities
