Job Description

**Job Title: SMT Operator****Job Responsibilities**+ Load proper parts into SMT machine.+ Adjust, set-up, and operate machines when shorthanded.+ Perform basic programming at the machine, including selecting programs.+ Read and comprehend English.+ Be willing to work overtime when required.**Essential Skills**+ High School Diploma.+ 1-year experience in the setup of SMT components on feeders.+ Ability to interpret Engineering documentation.+ Proficiency in setting up all types of feeders based on SMT setup sheet.+ Experience working in a manufacturing environment.+ Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English.+ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and computer literacy.+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.**Work Environment**+ Work in a clean room environment where standing is required for 90% of the day.+ Operate under a microscope and wear proper clean room and ESD attire.+ The standard attire includes comfortable flat closed-toed shoes, jeans or work pants, and a capped sleeve plain t-shirt.+ The position follows a first shift schedule from 6AM to 2:30PM.**Shift and Pay**+ M-F+ 6 am - 2:30 pm+ $20-29/hour**Pay and Benefits**The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $29.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
