Job summary

Accelera in Plano/Richardson seeks a Quality Assurance Inspector to uphold stringent acceptance criteria for electrical, visual, and mechanical components. You will inspect raw goods and finished items, document findings, and help maintain inventory integrity and document control.

The role covers first, second, and third shifts with Monday–Friday operation. The ideal candidate has at least two years in a technical or quality-focused role, familiarity with blueprints and inspection procedures,

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or an equivalent degree, with preference given to those with mechanical or electronics vocational training.
• Proven background in performing electrical testing.
• At least two years of professional experience in a technical or quality-focused role.
• Utilize blueprints, process sheets, and inspection protocols to make informed decisions that ensure product quality.
• Possess a solid understanding of the measurement devices and inspection hardware necessary for testing electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document thorough evaluations of raw goods and finished items to ensure they meet quality benchmarks.
• Help maintain inventory integrity by isolating and processing the return of any materials that fail to meet standards.
• Assist in the maintenance of the document control system by reviewing and correcting file uploads and formatting.
• Help the team maintain high output standards by identifying quality issues and reporting them to the Quality Team Leader.
• Utilize precision instruments like microscopes, pin gauges, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines to confirm that parts adhere to strict dimensional tolerances.

We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join the Quality Assurance team for a premier provider of manufacturing, engineering, and electromechanical supply chain solutions located in the Plano and Richardson areas. Compensation and Timing

• Hourly rates range from $20 to $21 for the first shift, and $22 to $24.10 for the second and third shifts.
• We have openings across all shifts, including 1st shift (7:00am - 3:30pm), 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm), and 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:00am), all operating Monday through Friday.
