Our Sinking Spring area client is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join their team! Express is offering career opportunities for qualified candidates interested in this position.

Machine Operator

Pay: $17.00-$20.00/hr DOE

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Location: Sinking Spring

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator

• Monitor equipment to ensure proper product assembly.
• Operate surface mount machines, understanding the sequence, control panel, and indicators.
• Replenish supplies and components per SOPs, maintaining inventory.
• Prepare the surface mount machine, including adjustments and set-up (feeder loading and changing).
• Perform general machine cleaning and upkeep.
• Operate electronic component surface mount pick-and-place robots safely and efficiently.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, including machine log sheets with correct operation numbers.
• Ensure correct production of boards, including proper part placement, polarity, and completeness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications of the Machine Operator

• Electronics assembly experience
• 5 years of machine operator experience
• 5 years of soldering experience
