Manpower, in partnership with a manufacturing company in Loveland, CO, is seeking a diligent SMT Operator to join the team. The role involves operating SMT machines, producing quality parts and performing related processing steps according to work instructions.

Pay starts at $20.90 per hour with a $2 per hour shift differential. Schedule is Monday through Thursday, with weekly pay and opportunities for growth in a full-time position.

Formación

• HS Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Manual dexterity and good coordination.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Produce quality parts per the build schedule.
• Operate SMT machines to meet quality specifications.
• Perform secondary processing per instructions.
• Maintain product quality per standards and specs.
• Record quality/traceability information.
• Follow safety policies and proper tool storage.
• Support kaizen and DBS activities.
• Cross-train on other equipment as needed.

Manpower in partnership with manufacturing company in Loveland, CO is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team as a SMTOperator inManufacturing.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 3:30pm to 2:00 am

Pay: $20.90/hour + $2/hour shift differential

What will you be doing

• Responsible for producing quality products per the build schedule
• Operate SMT (surface mount technology)machines to produce parts meeting quality specifications.
• Perform secondary processing operations according to work instructions.
• Maintain quality of products produced according to department standards and visual or dimensional specifications.
• Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.
• Meet productivity standards.
• Record and maintain quality or traceability information.
• Record and maintain Cell Boards and other visual management tools
• Comply with company safety policies including safe operation of equipment, PPE usage, hand tool safety, lock-out-tag-out, and proper storage of tools, etc.
• Comply with good housekeeping policies.
• Maintain equipment according to work instructions or preventive maintenance tasks.
• Suggest improvements and support kaizen and DBS activities.
• Report complicated equipment malfunctions to mechanics.
• Participate in team meetings, which include planning daily work and resource utilization, problem solving, project work, etc.
• Maintain visual management of part and raw material storage; clean and organized work area.
• May be required to cross-train on other equipment or other areas as needed
• Assist in problem solving of new equipment and products.
• May be responsible for handling of and accurate disposal of chemical and non-chemical waste, some of which is hazardous and regulated.
