We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technician to assist our engineering team in the development of RF Front End Modules. You will be working closely with talented minds transforming technology with new ideas. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with phone board rework, assembly, soldering fine pitch passive components, manual flip chip assembly, precision rework on sensitive devices and support RF testing. This role involves working under a microscope for detailed inspection and rework activities on multi-layer complex PCBs.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $32.69 - $57.16 per hour . Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
