Overview

IMMEDIATELY HIRING

Are you a smoothie fan? Are you at least sixteen years of age? Do you want to leave fast‑food behind and pursue a purpose‑driven career? We are seeking purpose‑driven athletes to become ultimate ambassadors of our brand. As a Smoothie King Athlete, you will help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by guiding them in selecting smoothies and retail products that keep them healthy and active.

Responsibilities

• Blend delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensure guests’ purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids properly.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Make custom‑blended smoothies the "Smoothie King Way."
• Friendly upsell of nutritional supplements and vitamins.
• Provide guests with information regarding our products.
• Provide the best total experience in the business.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members, with a "guest comes first" attitude.
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast‑food environment preferred but not necessary.
• Energetic and dynamic individuals excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Commission sales experience helpful.
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy guests.
• Genuine care and understanding for people’s needs.
• Prior retail sales experience in the nutrition/fitness industry is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and phone service.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Can work shifts as early as 6 am and on weekends.
• Direct deposit available.
