Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, cafe, retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash handling skills for register duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, upbeat, professional manner.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming cafe experience.
• Take customer orders accurately, repeat orders for confirmation, and process payments as assigned.
• Prepare smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, bowls, and other menu items according to recipes and brand standards.
• Set up, stock, clean, and organize food prep areas, smoothie stations, dining areas, restrooms, and other cafe spaces.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and security procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, restocking, cleaning, and shift-change duties.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation before serving guests.
• Communicate clearly with team members, shift leaders, managers, vendors, and guests.
• Support a culture of teamwork, dependability, positivity, and accountability.
