Responsibilities

• Prepare food and smoothie items following recipes.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests.
• Ensure correct portioning and proper temperatures.
• Share knowledge of ingredients, menu items, and pricing.
• Operate POS system and assist guests with payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and food safety practices.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift transitions.
• Communicate guest concerns to management and support a team.
