Alcoa Warrick in Newburgh, Indiana is seeking a Smelter Administrative Assistant to provide hands-on administrative support for our operations. You will coordinate records, payroll, scheduling, reporting, and customer service for department leaders, HR, and employees.
You will work with key stakeholders to keep processes accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations, while helping teams stay organized and engaged in a safe, inclusive manufacturing environment.

As a Smelter Administrative Assistant, you will support department leaders, employees, and cross-functional partners by providing reliable administrative coordination, accurate reporting, strong customer service, and timely support for scheduling, payroll, records, and employee-facing processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, communicates clearly, takes accountability, and helps teams stay organized and aligned with business goals.
In this role, you will provide hands‑on administrative support for smelter operations, helping ensure department needs are coordinated, records are accurate, and key processes are completed on time. You will work closely with Human Resources, department leaders, and employees to support work relationships, productivity, engagement, training, and accurate administrative procedures.
