Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Senior Systems Engineer to act as the Government’s primary technical POC, providing leadership, guidance, and quality assurance for avionics architectures.

You will direct engineering teams, define architecture standards, review deliverables, and oversee integration, testing, and deployment strategies. The role requires an advanced technical degree with extensive Systems Engineering experience in avionics and a senior IT

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a technical or engineering field with 20 years of Systems Engineering experience related to avionics architectures.
• Senior level experience and be well versed in Information Technology practices.
• Experience leading a team to implement architectural approaches for development of large complex avionics systems.
• Experience leading a team to develop, use, and improve avionics architecture standards.

• Secret Security Clearance Salary range: $180,000-$210,000 This position is in the proposal stage. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
