Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking an SME Software Developer, Applications to support the PRiMES system for the Department of State. This fully remote role requires a seasoned engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform.

You will configure custom entities, integrate external systems via REST APIs, and lead modernization efforts while collaborating with federal clients and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance at time of award.
• 10 years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong development with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies.
• Experience developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration models.
• Strong SQL Server experience, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.
• Experience supporting enterprise application modernization or enhancement initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal clients.

Responsibilities

Connected Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and versatile SME Software Developer, Applications, to assist in supporting the Department of State's; Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM) PRiMES application. The application was intended to aid in PRM's internal processes, reporting, monitoring, and decision-making capabilities and is now undergoing expansion to provide that same support to all offices in the Department programming foreign assistance from humanitarian funding accounts. This role will assist in providing operation and maintenance support for PRiMES and to develop enhancements to the system.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties include but may not be limited to:

• Designing, developing and maintaining enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform
