As the Subject Matter Expert, Primary Engineering at Linxon, you will be at the forefront of transforming the energy landscape across the Americas. In this pivotal role, you will apply your technical mastery to develop innovative Substation Layout Designs spanning 765kV to 11kV, directly contributing to the modernization, resiliency, and sustainability of the power grid. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary experts—Project Lead Engineers, BIM Engineers, Protection & Control Engineers, and Civil Engineers—collectively shaping solutions that enable reliable energy access, support the integration of renewables, and strengthen critical infrastructure for future generations. Your insights won't just support projects; they will influence how communities and industries stay powered in a rapidly evolving energy world. While this is an individual contributor position, it is intentionally built for someone ready to grow into a leadership path. With demonstrated performance and vision, you can advance into a Lead Engineer or Primary Engineering Team Leader role within 3–5 years.
