Job Summary

The Social Media Moderator will work closely with our clients and internal teams to claim, create, merge, optimize, update and/or transfer our clients’ social media profiles, keeping processes and client information up-to-date.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Work closely with CSMs (Client Success Managers) and PMs (Project Managers) to understand client branding and marketing objectives.
  • Gain access to clients' social media profiles.
  • Utilize Yext to update and optimize client’s online listings.
  • Communicate directly with clients via zoom, phone, email, or text to gain access to social and listing accounts.
  • Create social media profiles that do not exist for clients.
  • Use research and creative thinking to overcome roadblocks.
  • Optimize social media profiles with correct information and branding.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Twitter.
  • Good understanding of Facebook Business Manager.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Resourceful with effective resource management.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable and willing to help establish/update processes.
  • Highly organized.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent team player and collaborator.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Yext platform and listings management.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Hubspot or ClickUp.
  • Understanding of basic SEO best practices.
  • Dental experience is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge in: Facebook and Business Manager; Google Business Profiles; Instagram; YouTube Channels; WordPress; Google Analytics; Google Search Console.

Required Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years related experience required.

The pay range for this role is:

50,000 - 60,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
