- Lead and develop the AMER SMB+ team, focusing on high-value accounts within the SMB segment
- Drive revenue growth through both inbound and outbound sales motions
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to optimize sales processes
- Provide formal sales coaching and ongoing training to enhance team performance
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform strategy adjustments and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of driving growth
- Experience managing high-volume account portfolios in a multi-channel environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and sales tools
- Ability to coach, develop, and inspire sales teams
