Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Be a menu expert, follow Smashburger's prep and menu recipe standards to prepare guest orders.
• Read and prepare food orders, receive verbal instructions, and cook food accordingly.
• Work effectively with team members and communicate in a busy restaurant environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, equipment, and counters.
• Follow checklists and systems for setting up, stocking, and closing the kitchen.
• Operate large cooking equipment such as grills and deep fryers; use knives and slicing tools safely.
• Follow all safety, security, and food handling standards to foster a safe work environment.
• Demonstrate integrity and accountability in all tasks.

Requirements
