If you are interested in pursuing a rewarding career, we invite you to review our opportunities!Job Description SummaryPosition Responsibilities:Manages all aspects of SmartEquip administrative duties including both backend and frontend maintenance and troubleshootingSupports business strategy related to platform enhancements and ensures the voice of the customer is conveyed in all developmentRepresents our employees/users and ensures operational concerns are properly documented and communicated throughout the organizationAssists in the prioritization of SmartEquip project load to ensure that the highest amount of business value is being delivered in the fastest time possibleUses data, analytics and operational insight to recommend needed enhancementsEnsures all aspects of the platform are accurately maintained and enabled for necessary usersConsults with suppliers regarding SmartEquip maintenance and overall platform understandingMaintains an accurate branch administration database and works cross functionally with other departments to ensure the platform is readily available to new locationsDemonstrates expert level understanding of the SmartEquip application from a technical standpointIdentifies suppliers that qualify for B2B enhancements and actively work to establish these connectionsUnderstands supplier’s product offering and recommends best SmartEquip integration level accordinglyBuilds and leverages solid working relationships with business and product stakeholders, other Product Managers, user experience and technology teams to facilitate successful feature implementationDevelops and maintains all training and support materials related to the SmartEquip applicationEnsures the platform captures all pertinent data and delivers product information in a clear and concise manner to end-usersLeads user acceptance testing, product pilots, and implementationsRequirements:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field of study or equivalent experience plus 3-5 years of experience within construction or equipment rental industryExceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated experience with project and product managementDemonstrates experience leading cross-functional teams with and without direct report relationshipsExceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to develop process maps, persuasive/communicative PowerPoint decks, and project plansDemonstrates experience in the areas of customer experience and process improvementDemonstrates ability to foster teamwork and collaboration through effective change managementDemonstrates knowledge of closed-loop AI systemsPreferred knowledge of Wynne Rentalman and/or SmartEquip Inc.Physical Demands:Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.
