• This is an ~6-month contract through CDW working for our end client with potential extension(s).
• 100% remote.
• Must have SmartCare-specific experience for this position.

TOP 3 SKILLS NEEDED:

SmartCare EMR Application Analyst/Developer hybrid who can:

• Support users and resolve SmartCare technical issues (tickets, break/fix)
• Customize and improve the SmartCare application (forms, workflows, UI config)
• Offer strategic advice on SmartCare EMR usage and improvements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Break/Fix Support

• Resolving tickets related to the EMR system

Application Analysis & Support

• Functioning as an application analyst focused on SmartCare
• Supporting end-users and clinical staff in navigating EMR workflows

Customization & Optimization

• Recommending enhancements and best practices
• Identifying inefficiencies or gaps in the current setup
• Working with internal teams to optimize workflows or configurations

Key Experience/Qualities Sought:

• SmartCare EMR experience (must-have; very niche)
• Application support background (especially with clinical software)
• Analytical mindset – someone who can troubleshoot and also recommend improvements
• Communication skills – able to explain complex systems to end-users and leadership

Development & Expertise

• Potential involvement in light development or configuration work (within the EMR platform)
• Acting as an internal SME or advisor for how to best use SmartCare
