Job summary

Gazer, a global security system provider, seeks a skilled Auto Electrician/Engineer in Minnesota to install S5 and P8 smart security systems across various vehicle makes. You will become a key expert, handling professional installations and regional travel.

You will train installer partners, read wiring diagrams, and perform tests and quality checks. The role requires 3+ years of auto electronics experience, comfort with CAN/CAN FD/LIN, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Auto Electrician or Automotive Technician.
• Hands-on with CAN, CAN FD and LIN bus systems.
• Experience installing aftermarket security or telematics systems.
• Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install Gazer S5 and P8 systems in vehicles.
• Work with CAN/CAN FD/LIN for integration and diagnostics.
• Read wiring diagrams and connection schematics.
• Disassemble/reassemble interior panels for clean installs.
• Train installer partners and conduct test installations.
• Provide post-installation support and quality checks.
