We are currently seeking a dynamic Part-Time Outside Sales Representative SMART - Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for generating pre-need sales within your assigned market area.

Job Description:

  • Cultivate community relationships to educate and guide families in preplanning decisions
  • Excel in setting appointments and delivering preplanning guide presentations
  • Utilize Navigator to complete contracts promptly, neatly, and accurately
  • Track all sales activity and ratios to identify strengths and areas for improvement
  • Use Shape CRM to manage contacts and ensure professional follow-up
  • Prospect regularly using various methods, including mailers, seminars, and outside events
  • Provide world-class customer service with a positive attitude and a willingness to do “whatever it takes”
  • Stay current on relevant topics such as veteran’s benefits, social security benefits, and end-of-life decisions

Responsibilities:

  • Report sales activity to the manager weekly (unless directed otherwise)
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Build trust and utilize consultative selling techniques
  • Exhibit proficiency in presentation and closing techniques
  • Develop and sustain community relationships
  • Communicate with professionalism and tact
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations accurately
  • Manage difficult situations with confidence and empathy
  • Maintain reliable transportation, a valid state driver’s license, and a satisfactory driving record

FIRST YEARS PROJECTED COMPENSATION - $75,000 - $150,000
