LITEON Careers - U.S. is seeking a skilled professional to design and implement Digital Twin platforms for smart factories.
You will develop high-fidelity 3D virtual production lines for SMT and assembly, and apply DES and AI methods to optimize capacity and layouts. You will build AI models for computer vision and reinforcement learning to improve AGV paths, robotics, and scheduling while integrating real-time MES/IoT data.
1.Design and implement Digital Twin platforms for smart factory environments, developing high‑fidelity 3D virtual production lines for SMT and assembly processes.
2.Perform process simulation and optimization by applying discrete event simulation (DES) and AI techniques to analyze capacity bottlenecks, optimize line layouts, and conduct what‑if scenario analysis.
3. Develop and integrate AI models using virtual environments and synthetic data for computer vision applications, and apply reinforcement learning to optimize AGV paths, robotic operations, or production scheduling.
4. Integrate real‑time shop‑floor data from MES and IoT platforms via APIs or messaging mechanisms to enable real‑time mapping between physical production lines and digital twin systems.
5.Operate and maintain MES and related digital manufacturing platforms, ensuring system stability, data accuracy, availability, and timely support for production operations.
6.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including IE engineers, automation engineers, and IT teams, to validate simulation results, maintain digital platforms, and support deployment into actual production processes.
