Job summary

NRG is hiring field service technicians to install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes. The role offers piece-rate pay with an unlimited commission plan and requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Training on industry-leading products will be provided.

You will manage inventory, explain system capabilities, and convert service calls into revenue while maintaining a strong safety culture on the job site.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C sales, or service-based sales is a plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

• Install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes.
