Job summary

High Power Technical Services (HPTS) is hiring Smart Home Technicians to install and service DISH Network satellite TV equipment, Starlink internet, and OnTech Smart Home products. Join a field-based role that offers hands-on installation and customer interaction across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio.

Earn hourly pay with paid training, and see performance-based raises up to $20/hr within the first year, plus up to $800 monthly in bonus pay for performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing outdoor work in all weather.
• Willingness to sell products and services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH Network satellite TV equipment.
• Install Starlink satellite internet and OnTech Smart Home products.
• Provide customer support and upsell services where appropriate.

Job description

High Power Technical Services (HPTS), DISH Network's Regional Service Provider for Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio, is hiring Smart Home Technicians.

Technicians install and service:

• DISH Network satellite TV equipment
• Starlink satellite internet
• Boost Mobile devices
• OnTech Smart Home products

What We Offer

• Hourly pay + paid training ($17/hr during training)
• Performance raises: $1increase after training, with reviews at 4 and 12 months (up to $20/hr within first year)
• Earn up to an additional $800 per month in performance and safety bonus pay

  Minimum Requirements

  • 21+ years old with a valid driver's license
  • Clean criminal and driving record
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Comfortable using hand tools and working outdoors in all weather
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and access crawl spaces/attics
  • Customer-focused with willingness to sell products and services
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
