Job summary

Nrg Bluewater Wind is seeking motivated individuals to install and service smart home technology. This role requires a sales mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates should be prepared to manage their own inventory while working in various home environments.

The ideal candidate should possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to fulfill physical demands like lifting and climbing. Experience in sales or technical fields is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Earn piece-rate pay and enjoy an unlimited commission plan.
• Become an expert on smart home technology by training on industry-leading products.
• Manage inventory and assets with a business owner mentality.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inventory of company products and equipment.
