Nrg Bluewater Wind is seeking a Field Service Technician to install cutting-edge smart home technology while proactively identifying and selling upgraded solutions. The ideal candidate will have a sales mindset and technical aptitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role involves a comprehensive paid training program, a competitive compensation package including base pay plus commission, and a 4-day workweek designed for work-life balance. A successful technician will be equipped with company tools and a vehicle to provide top-notch service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
• Receiving consistent coaching and leadership training to move up within the organization.
