Job summary

EchoStar technicians install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes, teaching clients how to use the technology and offering additional services when helpful.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, flexibility for travel, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. You’ll work independently yet stay connected with a team, upholding a professional demeanor in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License: This position requires a valid driver’s license because driving a company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices is an essential function of the job.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Physical Ability: Climb ladders (up to 40 ft); Lift up to 70 lbs; Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
• Customer Focus: Build trust and create a great experience
• Problem-Solving: Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
• Determination: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
• Adaptability: Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease
