Job summary

EchoStar is seeking technicians to install and service DISH, Starlink, and smart home solutions in customers’ homes. You will educate customers on use and upsell where helpful, while maintaining a clean, professional work environment and coordinating with the team.

Expect flexible scheduling with travel, hands-on training, and a path to growth as you master new home tech. A company van and tools are provided to support your daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH, Starlink and smart home solutions in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
