Job summary

Nrg Bluewater Wind is looking for a Field Service Technician to join their team in Kearney, Nebraska. In this role, you will install and service smart home technology while also identifying sales opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
