Job summary

Smart Homz in New Jersey is seeking field technicians to install, service, configure, and troubleshoot home theater, A/V distribution, and smart home systems. You will work on both new and existing residential construction projects and travel to client sites.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and strong customer service, with a solid work ethic and a can-do attitude. Driving is required to reach job sites.

Qualifications

• Must have solid work ethic and positive can-do attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document tasks.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the home automation field.
• Basic safety skills and knowledge; able to use hand/power tools.
• Familiar with residential construction and basic electrical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, configure and troubleshoot home theater, A/V distribution, home networking, security systems and smart home devices.
• Work on both new and existing residential construction projects.
