Job summary

CookUnity is expanding its B2B Smart Fridge network and seeks a hands-on Field Operations Manager. You will own the physical and technical readiness of fridge deployments, manage hardware inventories, shipments, and local installers, and ensure launch quality across markets.

The role blends warehouse work with on-site coordination, troubleshooting, and documentation to scale operations and create repeatable processes for future fridges.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years in field/warehouse operations, installation coordination, hardware deployment, or related infra rollout.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Comfort with hands-on work in warehouse, client sites, and vendor calls.

Responsibilities

• Build, prepare, and audit Smart Fridge units before deployment.
• Coordinate shipments, installation partners, and field readiness.
• Maintain and map inventory, hardware kits, and SOPs for repeatable launches.
• Validate that fridges are properly installed with correct hardware and dashboards.
• Document issues and create field guides for installers.
