Job description

Inco (short for Incognito) is Web3's universal confidentiality layer. It is powered by Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) and secured by Ethereum. It enables the development of next-frontier decentralized applications (dApps) and provides confidentiality to existing blockchains, breaking down the final barrier to Web3 adoption at scale.

About the Team

• Inco Network has raised $4.5 million in seed round funding led by 1kx and supported by Robot Ventures, Portal Ventures, Circle Ventures, Alliance DAO, Big Brain Holdings, Symbolic Capital, GSR, Polygon Ventures, Daedalus, and Fenbushi Capital.
• Our team has previous experience building in Web3 and has worked at Google, Microsoft, Web3 Foundation, Parity, Bain, Router, Meta, and other top companies.
  

Responsibilities:

• Develop POCs for various use cases, from private voting to on-chain captables.
• Collaborate with external partners to integrate our solutions into their projects and platforms.
• Responsible for promptly investigating and resolving technical issues from external or internal communities regarding blockchain-related inquiries across all external channels.
• Directly support the community and developers in deploying, testing, and maintaining features like bridge features, tooling, DApps, libraries, etc.
• Continuously improve the content on Inco’s technical documentation and community forums.
• Work closely on the line between engineering, monitoring, docs, and business teams.
• Work with the Inco Labs team to build novel use cases utilizing Inco’s fhEVM. Examples include new fully on-chain games with hidden information and design for confidential Defi protocols.

Who You Are:

• Building over 1+ years of production-ready smart contracts in Solidity.
• Deep knowledge of EVM, security best practices, and gas optimization techniques.
• Ability to integrate cross-chain communication solutions, such as bridges or storage proofs.
• Strong communicator in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Flexible with the capability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines to facilitate well in a rapidly evolving organization.
• Passionate about building tools to improve developer experience
• Pay attention to feedback from our developer community to improve our documentation.
• Passionate about exploring new use cases that our stack can enable and talk to builders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
• Having a presence and strong engagement on Twitter is a plus.
