Allen Distribution in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking an Automated Case Selector in the Operations department. The role uses power equipment to safely handle product during receiving and shipping processes.

The selected candidate will work 6:00am to 6:00pm Fri, Sat & Sun, with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential when applicable and potential performance incentives up to $3.00 per hour.

Formación

• Ability to obtain and maintain a material handling equipment license.
• Ability to use handheld RF Scan Device.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to twist, stoop, squat and reach above shoulder level.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Responsabilidades

• Meet established productivity standards specific to the account.
• Understand the stocking (location of product) / picking / loading strategy of the account that you are assigned.
• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and specific customer work instructions.
• Complete the Handling Hours tracking document daily.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and department meetings.
