Warehouse Supervisors are responsible for managing the warehouse staff supporting multiple branch locations with all shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities. The warehouse supervisor reports into the regional manager. Additionally, the warehouse supervisor will have daily interaction with branch staff and acts as a service provider to branch operations – thereby taking some local direction from operations management.

This position will initially be based out of our Garden Grove, CA warehouse and will later shift to our Santa Fe Springs, CA warehouse in the summer of 2025.

As aWarehouse Supervisor, you will :

• Manage a team of warehouse coordinators and delivery drivers, planning resources and training staff to ensure continuous and consistent service across multiple locations
• Receive inbound deliveries
• Move parts and materials into inventory and / or job stock
• Pick parts and materials for outbound deliveries
• Process all transactions in SAP according to standard procedure
• Create shipping papers using the preferred carriers’ software application
• Support the service van parts replenishment process
• Keep accurate inventory levels and facilitate the inventory count process as dictated by policy / procedure
• Execute the goods return procedure for the branch
• Communicate with internal parties to coordinate delivery of parts and materials to meet project / service demand
• Retain documentation necessary for follow-up and proof of delivery and inventory
• General housekeeping of the warehouse
• Must be detail oriented, accurate and organized
• Have a safety-first attitude
• Must be self-directed – ability to work independently (supervised remotely)
• Enforce and maintain safety in the warehouse while adhering to standard warehouse guidelines and following the Siemens' policies.

BasicQualifications :

High School Diploma of state-recognized GED

Managerial experience (either in a previous role or through education)

On-the-job experience with :

SAP – IM and WM modules

Material handling including movement of parts and materials (in boxes) using handling equipment

Valid Forklift Certification

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook),

Verbal and written communication skills in English

Travel Required - Ability and willingness to travel 20%

Preferred Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Certification in Supply Chain Management (Warehousing, Logistics, etc.)

5 years+ experience working in a warehouse in a material handling and logistics function

Variety of on-the-job supply chain management experience

Experience working with cross-functions (e.g. project managers, service technicians)

Demonstrated customer service experience

SAP experience – other SCM related modules (Purchasing, Accounting, Planning, etc.)

Previous on-the-job experience training employees
