Job summary

Siemens Smart Buildings in the Miami area is offering a 10-week Summer Internship for a Smart Buildings Fire & Life Safety Sales Intern. Open to undergraduates who are rising sophomores or juniors, this program provides hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and customer engagement.

You will work with Sales Managers, support presentations, manage CRM data, shadow sales calls, and rotate through Building Automation, Fire/Life Safety, Security and Energy/Sustainability.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate at a 4-year U.S. college or university.
• Rising sophomore or junior with strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for 40 hours per week during a 10-week program (May–July or June–August).

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with lead generation and account outreach.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Help manage CRM data and ensure data accuracy.
• Shadow sales calls and meetings to learn effective techniques.
• Collaborate with operations and other teams to support customer engagement.
• Rotate through Building Automation, Fire/Life Safety, Security and Energy/Sustainability.
