As an Area Operations Manager, Solutions , you will lead and direct operational execution across all customers within your assigned area. You will be accountable for profitable growth, operational excellence, and delivery performance, while ensuring alignment with Siemens SI B standards. This role works in close partnership with central Operations functions—including PMO, Operations Excellence, and the Large Project Organization (LPO)—to ensure consistent use of shared capabilities, best practices, and premium project delivery.

The pay range for this position is $112,669 - $193,147 annually with a target incentive of of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
