Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and optimize building systems for customers.
• Install, configure, program, and commission HVAC and building controls.
• Work with access control, video surveillance, and security tech.
• Troubleshoot, perform routine maintenance, and provide service support.
• Lead complex projects and mentor junior technicians, as experience allows.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Document service activities and communicate with team and clients.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
