Pay Range: $41,500 - $42,000/year, depending on experience

Schedule: 6am – 7am start time until route completion; Monday – Friday

Routes will service Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, West Ashley, James Island, SC, and more!

The Merchandiser is responsible for presenting products attractively at retail locations, servicing and maintaining multiple accounts by merchandising approved products and packages, following safety and quality guidelines, and communicating with store management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include:

1. Filling, merchandising, and rotating products in cold vaults and on shelves according to procedures and programs.
2. Filling and merchandising coolers and displays on the sales floor.
3. Organizing and maintaining the back room cooler, managing product placement, and disposing of damaged or expired items.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up and proactive engagement.

Qualifications include:

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Effective communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
3. Prior customer service experience preferred.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly).
5. Reliable and able to work independently.
6. Critical thinking skills.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Valid driver’s license and good driving history.
2. Proof of insurance coverage.

Work environment varies, including exposure to weather, coolers, and storage areas.
