We specialize in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties and also provide emergency services and restoration. Our Small Projects Project Managers spend time bidding, selling jobs and then running them. The majority of the work will be project management, but there will be some estimating required.

What Does A Project Mangers DayLook Like?

• Management of our 24/7 Emergency Service Division
• Producing Estimates For Small Projects and Insurance Claims
• Project Managing for 2-5 small commercial and residential jobs consistently
• Scheduling, material ordering, costing and budgeting
• Management of on site personnel

Qualifications and Requirements:

• +5 years of experience in construction
• Experience as a carpenter
• Experience in residential or commercial restoration bidding/estimating/project management
• Valid driver's license

• Pay Rate: $75k - 90k DOE
• 2 weeks of PTO

Schedule:Monday-Friday

• Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
• End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
