Job summary

Small Potato Trucking is seeking drivers for regional and long-haul routes across IA, IL, IN, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD, NE, WI, with significant Chicago driving. The schedule starts between 17:00 and 1:00, and the work week runs Monday through Saturday.

Team drivers enjoy home time once a week, while solo drivers are home daily. Candidates must be at least 21, hold a CDL-A with a current DOT medical card, and pass a drug test. Benefits include health and life insurance and more.

Qualifications

• Drivers must pass a drug test.
• SAP candidates are not accepted.
• Must have a clean driving record with no more than 2 accidents or violations within the last 3 years.
• Verifiable and recent trailer driving experience with a good employment record.
• Drivers must be at least 21 years old; have a valid CDL-A license and a current DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Complete approximately 1,500 miles per week on routes across IA, IL, IN, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD, NE, WI, including substantial time in Chicago.
• Adhere to start times (17:00–1:00) and weekly schedule while maintaining delivery timelines.

Home time for team drivers will be once a week, solo drivers will be home daily.

Start time 17:00 – 1:00 hours. Work week is from Monday to Saturday, With payment Starting at $1,350.00 ($0.54cpm)

Candidates need to be physically fit to lift and handle cargo ranging between 40-75 lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Musthave a clean driving record with NO more than 2 accidents ORviolations within the last 3 years.

Verifiableand recent trailer driving experience with a good record employmentand driving according to the type of driver, either experienced orgraduate.
