Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or closely related organic chemistry STEM degree.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly does not sponsor visas.
• Ability to work in a lab-based environment with potential chemical exposure.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of chemical processes in pharmaceutical candidate synthesis.
• Plan and execute laboratory experiments; analyze outcomes and optimize conditions.
• Prepare materials for program teams and assist scale-up of chemical processes.
• Utilize analytical techniques such as NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, GC; purify via chromatography.
• Communicate scientific data effectively to multi-disciplinary teams.
