micro1 is a data lab that helps AI labs & Enterprises train foundational models and agents. We provide frontier evaluations and reinforcement learning environments to improve LLM capabilities, as well as contextual evaluations to monitor and improve AI agents in enterprise settings.

Role: Small/Medium Business - Robotics Data Collection Partner. This contractor position targets business owners who can coordinate real-world task recordings using employees with smartphones.

Qualifications

• Must own or help run a business in LATAM, the United States, or Canada.
• Must have at least 2 employees who can participate.
• Each participating employee can record at least 10 hours weekly.
• Must obtain permission to record in the workplace.
• Employees will use their own iPhone or Android phone with an ultra-wide camera and required motion sensors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate video data collection with participating employees.
• Ensure privacy and consent are obtained before recording.
• Submit approved videos for quality review and data labeling.

micro1 is looking for small to medium business owners who want to participate in a paid video data collection project for AI.

Your business would help collect real videos of normal work happening in your workplace. These videos will help train AI systems to better understand how people complete real-world tasks.

You do not need experience with AI. We are looking for business owners with active teams and real day-to-day work.

Who can participate

Your business may be a good fit if you:

• Are an owner, partner, or co-owner of a business in LATAM, the United States, or Canada
• Have at least 2 employees who can participate
• Have regular work activities that can be recorded safely
• Can have each participating employee record at least 10 hours of work
• Can get permission to record in the workplace
• Can make sure participating employees agree to be recorded
• Can start soon after a short onboarding call
• Employees will use their own iPhone or Android phone to record. Their phone must have an ultra-wide camera and the required motion sensors.

Privacy and consent

We take privacy seriously. Before recording starts, the business owner must make sure employees agree to participate and that the business has permission to record.

Participants should not record any sensitive information.

Payment

Businesses are paid based on the amount and quality of approved video data collected.
