micro1 is seeking individuals to record real-world work activities using their smartphones for AI and robotics training. This fully remote role is open to small business owners and their employees operating in commercial environments.

You will use a personal phone with specific apps, obtain manager consent, and capture hands-on tasks from a first-person perspective, contributing to high-quality training data while maintaining safety and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Must work in a real commercial or industrial environment.
• Must be able to safely perform regular physical work activities.
• Business owners are encouraged to register multiple participating employees.

Responsibilities

• Use your personal smartphone to record and submit videos through micro1-approved mobile apps.
• Obtain consent from workplace managers before recording.
• Wear a smartphone head mount to capture first-person footage of hands interacting with objects while performing tasks.
• Commit to recording a minimum of 2 hours per day at your workplace.
