Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in ministry settings or church programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute spring and fall Small Group Launch events.
• Manage registrations and logistics for launch events.
• Coordinate space, materials, and volunteer support.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and support small group leaders.
• Maintain regular communication with leaders and provide resources.
• Maintain small group and participant records in the church database.
• Generate reports and track attendance and engagement.
• Promote small groups through church communications and partnerships.
• Support Bands and HPUMC worship contexts.
