Frank's Supply Company is a major supplier focusing on both the sale and rental of construction tools and equipment. We are currently seeking a qualified Small Engine Mechanic for our El Paso, TX location.

Objective:

This position diagnoses and repairs rental equipment to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze malfunctions and repair all two- and four-stroke engine-driven equipment to ensure proper working condition for the customer.
2. Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unnecessary repairs and downtime.
3. Perform safety inspections on equipment.
4. Create work orders and assess time and cost of repairs.
5. Maintain a clean and safe shop work environment.
6. Adhere to all governmental, company, and equipment-related safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience diagnosing and repairing two- and four-stroke engines.
• Rental experience preferred.
• Good reading and comprehension skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Own tools required.
• Valid driver's license required.
