Job summary

Belletetes, Inc. in Andover, NH is seeking a seasoned small engine lead technician to drive sales and provide expert repair and service for outdoor power equipment, including mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, snow blowers, and generators.

The role requires at least 5 years of small engine repair experience, Silver Level Technician certifications (Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, Husqvarna, Stihl), a valid driver's license, and strong customer communication. Weekend rotations are required.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales and service of outdoor power equipment (mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, snow blowers, generators).
• Counter sales of parts and equipment and discuss maintenance plans with customers.
• Perform small engine repair and service, and discuss issues with customers.
• Sharpen blades and assist with rental equipment sales and service.
• Work weekends on a rotating basis.

Belletetes, Inc. is seeking a small engine lead technician for our Andover, NH location. Responsibilities include the sales and service of outdoor power equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, lawn tractors, snow blowers and portable generators. The candidate should possess, at minimum, 5 years of experience in small engine repair and have the Silver Level Technician certifications in Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, Husqvarna and Stihl. Good written and oral skills as well as a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record. Duties to include counter sales of parts and equipment, small engine equipment repair and service, answer phone calls as well as discuss equipment issues, maintenance plans and work performed with the customer. Chain saw and mower blade sharpening, key and glass cutting as well as rental equipment sales and service. The position requires weekends; working on a rotating basis.
