Belletetes, Inc. is seeking a lead technician for our Andover, NH location to manage sales and service of outdoor power equipment.

Responsibilities include repair, parts sales, and customer consultations in a family-friendly, long-standing building materials company. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of small engine repair experience, Silver Level Technician certifications in major brands, a valid driver's license, and a rotating weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of small engine repair experience.
• Silver Level Technician certifications in Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, Husqvarna and Stihl.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Weekends required on a rotating basis.
• Ability to discuss maintenance plans and workshop work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Sales and service of outdoor power equipment parts and gear.
• Perform small engine repairs and routine maintenance.
• Answer phones and discuss equipment issues with customers.
• Sharpen blades and handle rental equipment sales and service.
• Maintain documentation of work performed for customers.

Description

Belletetes, Inc. is seeking a small engine lead technician for our Andover, NH location. Responsibilities include the sales and service of outdoor power equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, lawn tractors, snow blowers and portable generators. The candidate should possess, at minimum, 5 years of experience in small engine repair and have the Silver Level Technician certifications in Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, Husqvarna and Stihl. Good written and oral skills as well as a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record. Duties to include counter sales of parts and equipment, small engine equipment repair and service, answer phone calls as well as discuss equipment issues, maintenance plans and work performed with the customer. Chain saw and mower blade sharpening, key and glass cutting as well as rental equipment sales and service. The position requires weekends; working on a rotating basis.
