  • Develop profitable business and sources of new business through engagement with existing and prospective Independent Agencies
  • Manage territory by evaluating competitor products, rates, and activities to provide strategic recommendations
  • Maintain current knowledge of underwriting territory and the nature of agents' business
  • Execute disciplined sales processes to ensure consistent achievement of financial objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents/producers to enhance business development
What is Required
  • Minimum of 3 years of territorial sales and marketing experience
  • Proven outstanding sales performance with a strong desire to succeed
  • Experience with agency training
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
