Position Overview

We are seeking aSmall Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR-3) to join our team in Northville, Michigan. This in-office, full-time role provides essential support to our commercial lines team, ensuring a seamless client experience through outstanding customer service, policy management, and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy questions, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and billing inquiries
• Support account managers and producers in servicing a book of small commercial accounts
• Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy updates and coverage options
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system
• Provide prompt, professional customer service through phone and email interactions
• Assist with quoting and marketing efforts for new and renewal business
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of4 years of experiencein commercial lines insurance customer service (agency experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Applied Epic is required
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
